The U.S. Court of Federal Claims will not be obtaining CLE pre-accreditation from states for the 2023 Judicial Conference. The Court will, however, be taking attendance at conference events in order to assist attendees who may wish to submit their own CLE credit requests. The Court will also provide signed CLE uniform certificates of attendance upon request. Additional Judicial Conference information can be found here.
